Bequiet! announces its first box, the silent base 800

The German brand BeQuiet! It has launched its first case for PCs on the market, which seeks to offer maximum performance with the minimum possible loudness, as is customary in all the products of the German manufacturer.

The new BeQuiet box! Silent Base 800 comes with dimensions of 495 x 266 x 559 mm and is capable of accommodating ATX, Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX format motherboards inside. As for CPU coolers, it supports designs with a maximum height of 170mm, so there won't be too much trouble installing the largest air coolers on the market. It also supports graphics cards with a maximum length of 40cm (removing a cage of HDDs) so there should be no problems in this regard either. It has the possibility of installing liquid cooling with radiators from 120 to 280mm

Regarding expansion bays, we have three 5.25-inch drives, seven 3.5-inch drives and four 2.5-inch drives, so a large number of hard drives or other types of devices can be installed. Regarding cooling, the box comes with three pre-installed Pure Wings 2 fans, two of them 140mm in the front and the third 120mm in the back. It also allows the installation of up to 4 additional fans to further improve its cooling.

To achieve a box as quiet as possible BeQuiet! It has manufactured its Silent Base 800 with an anechoic material that prevents noise from going outside, it also uses side, front and top panels that help to soundproof the box and include anti-dust filters.

The Silent Base 800 box is available in black and silver at a price of approximately 120 euros.
