Biostar h310mhc, a simple motherboard for coffee lake

Biostar is still betting on the launch of new inexpensive motherboards for Intel Coffee Lake processors, its new model is the Biostar H310MHC, a model based on a micro ATX form factor and with ideal characteristics for use in offices and low-cost computers.

The new Biostar H310MHC motherboard equips an Intel H310 chipset, the most basic with support for Coffee Lake processors, so we are talking about a motherboard that seeks to be cheap. Next to the socket we see two DDR4 DIMM memory slots with support for up to 32 GB at a speed of 1866 / 2133/2400/2666 MHz. It also has an HDMI video output and USB 3.1 ports to transfer data at full speed.

We continue to see the features of the Biostar H310MHC with a PCI Express 3.0 x16 slot for mounting an Nvidia or AMD graphics card, two PCI-E 2.0 x1 slots for expansion cards. It also includes a Realtek RTL8111H - 10/100/1000 network controller, four USB 3.1 ports, and six USB 2.0 ports to offer extensive connectivity options. Biostar has not forgotten to include an integrated sound card, and protections against electricity shocks so that the motherboard lasts much longer.

Its VRM is 4 + 1 power phases, without any dissipation, so it is only recommended to use Pentium and Core i3 processors that do not have a high power consumption, otherwise there will be a serious risk of system overheating processor power supply. The price has not been announced, although it should be fairly cheap.
