Component company BIOSTAR has leaked the characteristics of its next generation of motherboards, specifically the BIOSTAR X570 RACING GT8 . It seems that the company could not wait for Computex and they have posted the not yet released product in their catalog.

A few weeks ago we were able to glimpse the new motherboard, but it was not until recently that we were able to see the actual specifications.

As we mentioned before, everything points to it being one of the flagship products of the BIOSTAR X570 RACING line. As for design, the piece will follow the line of the RACING range with black colors and silver accents.

The BIOSTAR RACING line of high performance motherboards carry the latest technologies to enhance performance and appearance. As most notable features, we see that the motherboard will mount a 12-phase VRM cooled by two heatsinks and that it will support up to a total of 64 GB of RAM, which will have a maximum of 4000 MHz overclockable .

Compared to the last generation it is a good update, since Ryzen 2 only supported memories of up to 3200 MHz (officially). Furthermore, we expect support for even more dizzying frequencies from the more powerful Ryzen 3000 processors.

In addition to the above, the board will mount three PCIe 4.0 × 16 slots ports (x16, x8, 8 electrical), of which two are protected with metal bands to prevent breakage and six SATA III ports, which never hurt.

On the other hand, it will also carry three PCIe 4.0 × 1 ports reserved for network or AIC storage and three spaces for M.2 components , of which only one is full size. The M.2 will be accompanied by heatsinks to keep cool the possible NVMe that you put on them.

Finally, comment that the sink of the PCH on top of the chipset will be cooled by a 7-blade fan, which can be turned off to reduce the dB generated by the tower.
