The use of a password is highly recommended to protect our equipment from unauthorized visitors, despite this, many users prefer to avoid using it so that they do not have to enter it every time they turn on the computer. In this tutorial we are going to teach you how to remove the password from Windows 10.

Disable Windows 10 password

Deleting the Windows 10 password is very simple, for this we only have to access the configuration section of the operating system. To access configuration we just have to press the key combination Win + I. We can also do it by looking for the gear icon from the start menu but the key combination is the fastest and easiest option.

Once we are already in configuration we only have to access the corresponding section, for this we go first to " Accounts", " Login options" and look for the " Password " section. We just have to click on the " Change " button next to the Change your account password option.

The system will ask us for the current password to verify our identity, then it will ask us to enter the new password, we just have to leave the new password fields empty and accept.

With this we will have deactivated the password of our user and will not ask us again when we go to start the session. This is especially useful if you are the only user of the system and you are sure that nobody will access it without your permission. On the contrary, if you share equipment with other people or you do not have the certainty that nobody will access, it is better that you leave a password established to avoid scares.
