How to configure an app with ente, movistar, vodafone, pepehone, yoigo ...

Not long ago I bought a 2GB Xiaomi Redmi NOTE and it was the first time that I was faced with a quality "Chinese" terminal that did not connect to the 3G data connection. Investigating a little over the network I realized that APN (Access Point Names) had to configure it to connect it to the data network. We must bear in mind that each company usually has its own configuration: Movistar, Amena, Orange, Vodafone, Pepephone and Yoigo do not normally use the same APN.

I briefly explain what is the route from a Xiaomi Redmi Note, surely it will be valid for any terminal that needs APN configuration, since the accesses are very similar. You must go to General Settings / Mobile Networks and Access Point Names or Access Point Name (APN). Here we give the settings button and add "NEW APN". Now we must fill in the following fields: Name, APN, Proxy, Port, Username and password.

Here is the information to fill in for each of the Spanish telephone companies:

APN Movistar

This configuration works for both, as you already know Amena is the Low Cost service from Orange.

APN Lowi

If you have a Nexus and the Lowi company, you must configure the OMV type with the word " IMSI " (without the quotation marks).

If you want to use the MMS options you must create another APN with Lowi.
