After the article that featured the Jiayu F1 and the Nokia Lumia 520, now it is the turn of another “Nokiano” Smartphone, the Lumia 625. We are more or less in the line of terminals with a very low price and very decent specifications. Once all the characteristics of these two smartphones have been exposed and their costs known, the time will come as always to stop to see which one has the best value for money. We are all? So let's start:

Technical characteristics:

Designs: The Lumia is 133.2mm high x 72.2mm wide x 9.2mm thick and weighs 159 grams, making it larger than the Jiayu, which is one size 125mm high x 62mm wide x 9.9mm thick. The Nokia has a mono-block touch design and we find it available in red, black, white, yellow and green. As for the F1 we can say that it has a metallic finish, which gives it significant resistance. It is available in black and white.

Screens: the one of the Lumia is superior thanks to its 4.7 inches, compared to the 4 inches that the Jiayu presents. If they share the same resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, the two terminals have IPS technology, which provides highly defined colors and an almost full viewing angle. In the case of the 625 we must add that it has protection against possible accidents thanks to the glass manufactured by the company Corning Gorilla Glass 2.

Processors: While a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm SnapdragonTM S4 SoC and Adreno 305 GPU accompany the Lumia, a 1.3GHz MTK6572 Dual core CPU and Mali- 400MP graphics chip do the same with the Jiayu . They coincide in the fact of having a RAM of 512 MB. They differ in operating system, with Android being version 4.2. Jelly Bean in the case of the Chinese terminal and Windows puts 8 if we refer to the Lumia.

Cameras: Its main sensors have 5 megapixels, with functions such as autofocus and LED flash. They also coincide in the fact of presenting a front camera of VGA resolution (0.3 MP), which never hurts for the realization of video calls and selfies. The video recording is done in HD 720p at 30 fps in the case of the Jiayu and in Full HD 1080p quality if we refer to the Nokia 625.

Internal Memory: the existing model on the market by the Jiayu has 4 GB, while the Lumia has 8 GB. The F1 and Nokia have the possibility of expanding their memory using microSD cards of up to 32 GB and 64 GB respectively. The 625 also features free 7GB of extra cloud storage.

Connectivity: they have basic connections such as WiFi, 3G, Bluetooth or FM radio, with 4G / LTE technology also being present by the Lumia .

Batteries: The 2000 mAh capacity that the Lumia battery presents is not enough to reach the 2400 mAh that accompany the Jiayu, which in relation to the rest of its characteristics we can say that the latter will have a somewhat higher autonomy.

Availability and price:

The Jiayu F1 can be found for sale on the pccomponentes website for an unbeatable price of 79 euros. The Nokia Lumia 625 is somewhat more expensive, doubling its price compared to the Chinese terminal: between 155 and 173 euros, also on the website of pccomponentes.
