Cyberpunk 2077 developer CD Projekt Red unveiled a live stream this afternoon to show off a new gameplay video of the game, now captured with an RTX 2080 Ti and Ray Tracing technology enabled.

Cyberpunk 2077, New gameplay captured with an RTX 2080 Ti and Ray Tracing

In the video you can see a segmented gameplay that was presented for the first time behind closed doors at E3 2019. The gameplay is limited to about 14 minutes, where CDP is responsible for explaining part of the game's history, the universe where we are immersed and the basics of gameplay.

In addition to taking a look at the customization of characters and other hacks of hacking (We will be able to hack people), the game is also shown in all its glory working with an RTX 2080 Ti and Ray Tracing technology.

We already knew that the game would have support for the Ray Tracing that Nvidia offers with its RTX graphics cards, but it was not until now that we have seen a gameplay in conditions with its effects activated.

Even so, CDP has not commented on the technical aspects and has limited itself to talking about the gameplay and the history.

Apparently, the game does not need a NASA computer to work with Ray Tracing, I see that an RTX 2080 Ti can handle it without many problems, judging by the video. What if that remains to be seen is how it will work on more modest graphics cards than an RTX 2080 Ti, which, in short, are the ones that most players use. We believe that CD Projekt will do a good optimization, knowing that the game will be out in April 2020.

Cyberpunk 2077 will also be released on XBOX One and Playstation 4.
