Dell Releases 30-Inch Ultrasharp Up3017 Monitor

Dell has just released its new UltraSharp UP3017 monitor, which is specifically geared for the professional graphic design industry that requires a large, well-widescreen display.

The UltraSharp UP3017 is a 30-inch, 16:10 aspect ratio monitor, an ideal screen size for those using the computer for graphic design and video editing jobs. The screen resolution is 2560 x 1600 pixels and covers the Adobe RGB, sRGB, REC 709 and DCI-P3 color ranges, the latter is being widely used in the filmmaking environment and is present in the latest iMac, UltraSharp UP3017 would one of the first to implement it for the general consumer.

The pixel density reaches 101 dpi, the static contrast is 1000: 1 and it has a response time of 6 ms. It also comes with a DisplayPort port, 1 Mini DisplayPort, 2 HDMI and 4 USB ports, so the connectivity segment is covered.

In terms of ergonomics, this monitor can be rotated and rotated to be used vertically if required, and its height relative to the base can even be modified.
