Eizo has presented a new monitor for professional environments that has as its main feature a resolution that goes a little beyond 4K in the horizontal plane with 136 extra pixels in said plane compared to the 4K standard.
The new Eizo ColorEdge CG318-4K monitor incorporates a 31-inch panel with IPS technology and a DVI 4K resolution that translates to 4096 x 2160 pixels at 60 Hz for excellent image quality and offers more margin in its 31 inches compared to the standard 4K.
The rest of the features include the ability to reproduce 99% of the RGB spectrum to ensure great fidelity in colors and an enormous image quality, making it perfect for imaging professionals, SelfCalibration color calibration sensor, a response time of 9mn, a contrast of 1500: 1, a maximum brightness of 350 cd / m2 and viewing angles of 178ยบ in both planes.
It has two DisplayPort 1.2 connectors and two HDMI as video input and three USB ports.
Its date of availability and price are not yet known.
