Considered as a full-size keyboard, it has a 19mm distance between the center point of each of two adjacent keys, while the key itself has a diameter of 16mm, leaving 3mm of space between key and key (between edges of two adjacent keys). According to Google, the keyboard is also equipped with "Ultra Quiet Hush Keys" that will prevent classic key sounds in quiet environments.

Like the previous Pixelbook, the Pixel Slate keyboard is fully illuminated and offers a key to use the Wizard. The design of its predecessor has also been improved in that it integrates a glass touchpad with a significant increase in size, and includes support for multi-touch gestures. This will make the device easier to use on your laptop.

Another of its biggest attractions of the Pixel Slate Keyboard is hidden in the other half of the accessory. It can be folded in two positions including a vertical one that allows you to hold the device at any angle. This shape will be kept with the keyboard facing forward for a laptop-like experience, or toward the rear for viewing multimedia content or games.

On the other hand, the new Pixel Slate Keyboard tablet keyboard is a fairly robust and thick accessory, which doubles the thickness of the Pixel Slate and dramatically increases its overall weight. The keyboard part by itself is 4.7mm thick. The good thing about it all is that it doesn't appear to be a flimsy accessory at all, but rather a high-quality product that will offer a high degree of protection against scratches and possible drops from the Google Pixel Slate.

The official keyboard for the new Google Pixel Slate tablet will be priced at $ 199 in the United States, about double what the Pixelbook Pen costs. Therefore, if you want to get everything together, go prepare your pocket because the joke will not be exactly cheap.
