Razer was established in 2005 as a global brand, starting with mice, keyboards, and other peripherals before moving on to arcades, tablets, PCs, and phones. Razer's products are specifically designed for the intense gamer demographic, and the brand sponsors multiple competitors and eSports teams.
In late September it announced that it had partnered with Microsoft to make sure its products were well-suited to the Xbox One. Many of Razer's PC-centric mice and keyboards are already compatible with the console, but its upcoming keyboard combo and mouse is specifically designed with the Xbox in mind.
