Table of contents:
EVGA has just raised the curtain on its latest GeForce RTX 2060 KO series graphics cards, whose goal is to offer a 2060 GPU for less than $ 300. The GeForce RTX 2060 KO series is EVGA's effort to deliver an upper-midrange graphics card at a dramatically lower price.
The EVGA RTX 2060 KO series includes two cards; KO Gaming and KO Ultra Gaming
The EVGA GeForce RTX 2060 KO series includes two cards, the higher quality KO Gaming and the higher quality KO Ultra Gaming. Both cards are equipped with EVGA's dual fan cooling design and the same RTX 2060 'TU106' GPU we've seen in other variants.
The KO Gaming 2060 is configured with a boost clock of up to 1680 MHz, which is the same frequency as the reference variant, while the KO Ultra Gaming ships with a higher frequency of 1755 MHz. Both cards have 6 GB of GDDR6 memory that runs through a 192-bit @ 14 Gbps bus interface and offers a total bandwidth of 336 GB / s.
The card features higher memory bandwidth than AMD's Radeon RX 5600 XT, which features the same 6GB, 192-bit configuration but is equipped with 12Gbps VRAM modules. Both cards have a dual-slot design and great black / silver aesthetics and even come with an all-metal back plate.

The EVGA GeForce 2060 KO Gaming can currently be purchased for $ 279.99, which is the same price as the Radeon RX 5600 XT. EVGA 2060 KO Ultra Gaming is currently available for pre-sale for $ 299.99. The new cards definitely make the RTX 2060 a much more competitive card compared to its reference price of $ 349. Notably, with this move, EVGA would also push other AIB partners to launch their own cost-effective variants of the RTX 2060, which will be highly beneficial to gamers. We will keep you informed.
