The specifications closely resemble the current Ryzen 7 2700U. However, it is still a preliminary version, so the final frequencies could be higher.

The release of the Picasso generation AMD Ryzen processors is expected in 2019. It will be interesting to see if the move to a 7nm FinFET manufacturing process helps AMD improve its position vis-à-vis Intel, in a sector in which the Power consumption is much more important than on the desktop, where the Ryzen have been a resounding success. The Zen 2 architecture aims very high, with a 7nm chiplet design, and a central controller manufactured at 14nm, to solve the problems of these processors with RAM.
