FinalWire has finally released the AIDA64 5.98 update to update this popular software among demanding users. The new version 5.98 of AIDA64 comes with support for Windows 10 October 2018 Update, and also features a new AES benchmark optimized for VAES.
AIDA64 5.98 is here to improve compatibility with the latest to hit the market
This new CPU benchmark is based on 64-bit multi-threading that can take advantage of the VAES instruction set of upcoming "Ice Lake" processors. It also introduces improvements to the AMD platform's hardware detection modules, by being able to distinguish AMD 400 series chipsets, such as B450 and X470, from their predecessors; and details of the northbridge integrated in AMD Zen + processors.

Among the rest of the novelties of this new version of AIDA64 are the OpenCL GPCLU multithreaded benchmarks, details of OpenGL and GPGPU, temperature monitoring and cooling fan for the latest GPUs AMD Radeon RX 560DX, Radeon RX 560X, Radeon RX 560X Mobile, Radeon RX 570X, Radeon RX 580X, Nvidia GeForce RTX 2000 Series, Quadro P3200 and Quadro P4200. It also has Vulkan 1.1 graphics accelerator diagnostics for AMD, Intel and Nvidia GPUs, EVGA Z10 compatibility and Matrix Orbital EVE LCD.
