Fractal Design is adding a new chassis to its collection with the new Meshify S2, an E-ATX case that promises high airflow within the case and a robust design.

Fractal Desing announces the Meshify S2 chassis with 4 different variants

Having support for E-ATX motherboards (up to 285mm) seems to be the latest trend for those 'semi-tower' chassis. They are slightly longer, but can fit many more components than older full tower designs.

In that direction goes the Meshify S2 chassis, which can accommodate up to 280mm or 360mm of radiator at the front, or up to 280mm, 360mm or 420mm at the top. Even at the bottom you can place a radiator of up to 280 mm, in case we want to add a water cooling system.

The component bracket for CPU coolers goes up to 185mm in height. Meanwhile, the length of the graphics card can be up to 440mm as there are no hard drive bays to get in the way. Not that Fractal Design is sacrificing storage possibilities. In fact, users can install up to four 2.5-inch drives and up to three 3.5 / 2.5-inch drives.

As expected of today's modern cases, the Meshify S2 also has a USB-C front panel and a tempered glass side panel. This side panel is fixed using a “push-to-lock” mechanism, making it look much cleaner than those using screw locks.

The Meshify S2 is also available in a white version with tempered glass, as well as a black version with tempered glass, but in a darker shade.

Price table:

  • Black with dark tempered glass: € 154.99 Black with tempered glass: € 154.99 Solid panel: € 147.99 White with tempered glass: € 154.99
