G.skill announces 4000mhz ram with ultra low cl15 latencies

The leading brand in manufacturing of high-performance memory and gaming peripherals G.Skill has announced its ultra low latency memories. These RAM memories will go up to 32GB (8 × 4) and will have extremely low latency. With this we will achieve incredible times, which will slightly improve the user experience.

As we have seen other times, the popular brand G.Skill brings news to the world of RAM memory . However, instead of once again raising the frequency limit, this time they have focused on latencies, which is vital to achieve the best possible performance.

In case you did not know, RAM has two important parts (apart from the total capacity). One is frequencies, which is quite popular, but the other is latencies. The fact is that while in the frequency plane the advances are almost continuous, the latencies do not suffer the same fate.

However, recently G.Skill has announced the Trident Z and Trident Z Royal DDR4-4000 CL15 -16-15-36, which runs at 1.5V.

With AMD we can also squeeze a lot of power and, in addition, we reach frantic bandwidths. According to tests in AIDA64 , G.Skill memories transmit up to 61GB / s on average, 58GB / s in writing and 65GB / s in copy.

To give you an idea, the CL (CAS Latency, in Spanish) , is a unit that measures the average time it takes for the unit to recover a value. The lower the number, the better the component will perform.

The point is that as the frequencies increase, the CL's also increase. Not surprisingly, thanks to Samsung's B-dies , the Taiwanese company has once again been able to break a barrier. Previously, we found the highest standard with only CL17, so you can imagine how much better it is.
