Geforce rtx mobile leaked with all kinds of details
Table of contents:
The official debut of the new generation of GeForce RTX Mobile graphics cards for Nvidia laptops will be made at the CES 2019 event. As usual, there has been a leak that shows us its specifications before its announcement.
New GeForce RTX Mobile leaked in full
The GeForce RTX 2060 has been found in the 3DMark database to be a version based on a 12nm TU106 graphics processor, the full version of which is used on the desktop GeForce RTX 2070. According to 3DMark, a mobile GeForce RTX 2060 has 6 gigabytes of GDDR6 memory with a 192-bit bus, with an effective frequency of 14 GHz and a bandwidth of approximately 336 GB / s. At the same time, the Max-Q version runs at a speed of 12 GHz, which provides a bandwidth of 288 GB / s. 3DMark reports that a GPU frequency of approximately 960-975 MHz.
Now that we get to the rest of the Mobile RTX line, we first have the GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q, which features 2304 CUDA cores and a clock speed of 1300 MHz. The graphics card will come with 8GB of GDDR6 memory and considering that the other Max-Q card has slightly lower clock memory, we believe that the RTX 2070 Max-Q will also feature 12Gbps memory. on a Lenovo laptop with the Intel Core i7-8750H processor (6 cores, 12 threads), which means we are looking for high performance designs.
With the GeForce RTX 2080, we also see variants of Max-Q and standard. Both variants come with 2944 CUDA cores and 8GB of GDDR6 memory. The normal variant has a clock speed of 1590 MHz and the Max-Q variant is clocked at 1230 MHz. That's a substantial difference in clock speed when compared to the differences between the normal version and the Max-Q.

Presumably, the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti is configured with 4352 CUDA cores and a clock speed of 1540 MHz. The card also has 11 GB of GDDR6 memory and since there is no Max-Q variant, it will use the 14 Gbps memory matrices.. Keep in mind is that the desktop variant is a giant 280 watts and Nvidia would have to adjust the clock speeds and power limit a lot to make it a reasonable option for notebooks.
