GeIL today unveiled its new Evo X II DDR4 memory kits, which will come in standard versions, optimized for AMD Ryzen 3000 and ROG certified.
GeIL Introduces Evo X II Memory Kits Optimized for Ryzen
There's not much to differentiate about the upcoming Evo X II memory modules in terms of aesthetics. The memory modules are available in black and white (or as GeIL calls them "Stealth Black" and "Frost White"). These feature the same heat sink with an RGB-lit light bar as its predecessor. RGB lighting is compatible with ASRock, Asus, Gigabyte and MSI motherboards.
The Evo X2 core product line offers memory kits with a capacity of 2, 400 MHz to 4, 133 MHz with CAS latency times ranging from CL16 to CL22. The maximum capacity is 64 GB and the operating voltages vary between 1.20V and 1.40V.

The Evo X II AMD Edition kits are optimized for the latest Ryzen 3000 series processors. Memories are available in "Gunmetal Gray" or "Frost White". Kits start at DDR4-2400 and go up to DDR4-4000 with capacities up to 32GB. CAS latency times for AMD Edition kits are rated between CL12 and CL22, and operating voltages start from 1.20V to 1.40V.
Finally, Evo X II ROG-Certified kits are available in Gunmetal Gray with a spatial design to match Asus ROG motherboards. Memory kits start with DDR4-3000 speeds up to DDR4-3600. We can find them with capacities up to 32GB with CAS latency configured between CL15 and CL18. All ROG certified Evo X II kits operate at 1.35V.
