GIGABYTE announces the AORUS GTX 1080 Ti Waterforce Xtreme Edition 11G and Waterforce WB Xtreme Edition 11G, although it does so without commenting on its launch price.

AORUS GTX 1080 Ti Waterforce Xtreme Edition will come in two models with liquid cooling

GIGABYTE has officially announced two high-end graphics cards under its AORUS brand: the AORUS GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Waterforce Xtreme Edition 11G and the AORUS GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Waterforce WB Xtreme Edition 11G. Both cards use liquid cooling to perform at their best with this GPU, which is the most powerful on the market right now for gamers.

The Waterforce Xtreme Edition standard uses an all-in-one closed-loop cooling (AIO) system, while the Waterforce WB Xtreme Edition is equipped with a full-size water block that can be connected to a custom open-loop. By not using any type of fans on the graphics card case, this space has been used to add LED lighting to make it stand out inside our tower.

The two graphics cards use the same base frequencies 1632MHz (OC mode) - 1607MHz (game mode) and in turbo mode 1746MHz (OC mode) - 1721MHz (game mode). The 11GB GDDR5X memory runs at 11448MHz (OC mode) - 11232MHz (game mode).

These new graphics cards have an AORUS VR Link connection to connect any virtual reality glasses. As we see in the image above, the layout and use of the card's ports change depending on whether they are used for VR mode or for standard mode.
