Gigabyte has announced its new GeForce GTX 1070 WindForce 2X graphics card that, as its name suggests, uses a WindForce 2X heatsink to position itself one notch below the G1 Gaming model with the best Gigabyte heatsink.

The GeForce GTX 1070 WindForce 2X is based on a fairly compact design thanks to the use of a more modest heatsink with only two 90mm fans in charge of generating the necessary air flow for proper cooling.
