The Gigabyte Aorus Z270X Gaming 5 It comes in a box where black and orange predominate. On its cover we find an image of the logo, in large letters, the model and all its compatible certifications.

Already in the back we have all the most important technical characteristics detailed. All very well illustrated and explained in English, plus a small box with its technical specifications.

The Gigabyte Aorus Z270X Gaming 5 is an ATX format motherboard with dimensions of 30.4 cm x 22.4 cm for the LGA 1151 socket. The plate has a design that we have never seen on any other Gigabyte motherboard. The black / white design is very flattering for you.

It has 4 available 64 GB compatible DDR4 RAM memory sockets with frequencies up to 4000 Mhz and compatible with the XMP 2.0 profile.

BIOS

Gigabyte brings the best BIOS we've tested to date. It allows us to optimize any manageable component, also modify lighting effects, perform fully stable overclocking and in our language, Spanish.

We quite liked that from its Windows software it allows us to activate an overclock option and leave the processor at 4700 MHz without touching anything. That point has enchanted me, since people who have no knowledge can squeeze their processor to the maximum.

We reached the end of the analysis and we found that the Gigabyte Aorus Z270X Gaming 5 is one of the best best motherboards we can buy and is one of the models that we liked the most. Its aesthetics appeal to us a lot, its components are first class and its great overclocking capacity.

We have left the i7-7700k in our tests at stable speeds of 4700 MHz, we have simply activated the profile that makes you off-set without any problem. The results are great and we have made the most of the Nvidia GTX 1080 that we have in our test bench.

We really liked the ability to customize both the RGB colors and the manual management that we can perform (with included curve) of the fans. Gigabyte has done the homework very well, because it allows to connect any liquid cooling directly to the motherboard, from the compact ones to the high demands D5 or DDC. This is a great step forward towards custom liquid cooling!

From today it can be purchased in the main online stores in Spain. We believe this is one of the best options for the PC Gaming 2017 configurations.
