It was only a matter of time before we saw the first mini-ITX small - format motherboard compatible with AMD's Ryzen processors, and it was the Gigabyte people who made it possible with the GA-AB350N-Gaming.

Gigabyte GA-AB350N-Gaming is the first mini-ITX AM4 motherboard

Gigabyte's mini-ITX motherboard uses the AMD B350 chipset, which, while small in size, does not forego expansion possibilities. The first thing that catches your eye is the inclusion of the Realtek ALC1220 sound codec, which will surely appeal to all audiophiles. We can also highlight the inclusion of a WiFi 802.11ac card, so we will not need to add any to this motherboard if we want to have support for this type of connection, which is great.

The motherboard includes an M.2 port to add ultra-fast SSD memory drives, which is already a standard on all motherboards that are coming out in recent times, the GA-AB350N-Gaming could not be left out. The board will offer a single PCIe 3.0 port.

Two DIMM ports for DDR4 memories with dual channel support and RGB Fusion technology is included to synchronize the LED lighting of different components, completing its most important characteristics.

Being based on the B350 chipset, we should not expect the same overclocking capabilities as X370 motherboards, if that is our intention, we will have to look the other way.

It would come out at the end of June

Gigabyte declined to reveal the price of the GA-AB350N-Gaming or its market launch date, but it is believed to be available later this month.
