Gigabyte launches its AORUS CV27F 'surround' monitor with curved display, HDR and 165Hz image refresh rates.

AORUS CV27F is a 165Hz FullHD curved monitor

Along with the KD25F tactical monitor, Gigabyte announced the launch of the AORUS CV27F curved monitor that supports AMD FreeSync 2 HDR technology. The monitor has a 27-inch FullHD screen with a 1500R curvature that gives an immersive feeling in the image.

AORUS CV27F boasts a response time of just 1ms and covers 90% of the DCI-P3 color spectrum. The maximum brightness is 400 cd / m2 with a contrast of 3000: 1. The dynamic contrast is 12M: 1. DisplayHDR 400 is the HDR certification that this monitor has. This is the most basic HDR that exists according to the standards, which also have DisplayHDR 500, DisplayHDR 600 and DisplayHDR 1000. The color depth is 8 bits.

This monitor replicates many of the tactical functions, such as the AIM stabilizer, customizable sights, Black Equalizer technology that improves the display of dark areas and other functions that can be seen on the official product page.

The absence of support for G-Sync is striking if we consider that the KD25F does.

RGB lighting is also repeated in this model with RGB Fusion 2.0 compatibility with different lighting effects and the possibility of customizing it through software.

Finally, you can not fail to mention the possibility of charging devices using the USB 3.0 connectivity offered by this screen, with a power of 1.5 A. Excellent for mobile.

At the moment, we do not know its price or availability date.
