Google assistant coming soon to nexus 5x and nexus 6p

Anonim

Google Assistant is one of the new features that the Mountain View company added to Android but exclusively on Google Pixel phones. This intelligent voice assistant (similar to Siri or Cortana) will end up reaching other phones in the Google catalog according to the latest rumors.

The next phones to receive Google Assistant could be the Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P, so Google Pixel would no longer have this exclusive, as it happened with other news that came in Android for this phone.

The rumor about the arrival of Google Assistant to new phones was spread by Stephen Hall of the 9to5Google site, which seems to be a fairly reliable source but has not had any confirmation from Google. The most logical step is that the wizard not only reaches other Google phones, but also all future Android devices officially.

The problem with Google Assistant is that it can only be used in English, it is not translated into Spanish. This may be the reason why Google is limiting its use to Pixel, until it can be translated into other languages.

Google Asisstant is not only found on Pixel phones, it is also on Google Home and everything points to coming soon to Android TV, Nexus Player, Android Auto and Android Wear.

For now, if you want to try Google Assistant on any device, you can use Open Gapps that includes this assistant in its package.
