The company announces that they will implement a new option, thanks to which it will be possible to automatically delete the location and activity history in their apps. So this user data will be removed automatically, much simpler.

Until now, this was only possible if location history and activity logs were disabled in advance in your apps. But the company comes with changes in this regard. In addition, now it is possible to choose the period of time that you want Google to have this data stored. For now, you can choose between 3 and 18 months. We do not know if there will be more options later or these two will be the only ones that remain.

Although the company has not yet answered some questions in this regard. Since it is not known what will happen with the analysis of this data that the company does. Probably despite the fact that the data has been erased, said analyzes are maintained.
