Whatsapp will let you delete messages automatically
Table of contents:
WhatsApp works on many new functions. Some of them are known months before they arrive, thanks to the betas of the messaging app. This is what happened this time, thanks to its beta 2.19.348. In it, it has been seen that the application will soon introduce automatic message deletion. A similar function to the one in Telegram.
WhatsApp will let you delete messages automatically
The function would be limited in this case to group chats, so that users can choose how long it takes for these messages to be deleted.
Deleting messages
The function is called Delete messages, and it is accessed in the settings of said group conversation on WhatsApp. The idea is that users can configure how long it takes for these messages to be automatically deleted. There are several options for this (1 hour, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month or a year). So each one chooses what he wants.
When this function is used, the rest of the participants in said group chat will receive a notification. It is said that from the chosen date the messages will be permanently deleted. So everyone will be aware that this is going to happen.
The function has already been seen in this beta of WhatsApp. For now there are no dates for its official introduction, surely we will have to wait a few months for it. But without a doubt, it can be a function of enormous interest in the well-known messaging application.
