Everything has changed, betting on white and a somewhat cleaner interface. So that navigation will be much easier at all times for users. Also the action menu is modified, putting above the most frequently used ones.

The presence of white color is already common in Material Design. Although, it also makes it much easier to be able to introduce dark mode in the future. Therefore, it would not be unreasonable to think that we will have this mode also on Google Drive.

The new appearance of the app is already being launched on iOS. For Android users, you have to wait a little longer, because it will be officially launched on March 18. So this very Monday it will be deployed now.
