Google drive: tips and tricks to get organized in your day to day

Google Drive brings a system that is very simple but really useful to organize our files by managing file storage as well as to share them.

When you are at school or university, one of the most frequent problems is being able to order all that number of files or documents quickly due to the short time you have to share family and study with friends.

Creation of folders: you can create folders with general names and within them create subfolders, for example, you can create one that says Lincoln Autumn 2016 and within this the different subjects, in turn within these you can subdivide them according to the tasks or assigned jobs.

Folders by colors: After creating the folders, Google Drive allows you to assign colors to your folders so that you can identify them more easily.

Upload files: with this program you can save and upload all the variety of documents you want, both PDF, as images, texts or audios

Sharing folders: Although there is often no need to share an entire folder, with Google Drive you can do it easily. You just have to click on your top navigation bar, on the "Share" icon , then you just have to grab the link you want to share and pass it to your fellow students.

Keyboard shortcuts: to perform actions quickly within the creation of files, and jump to other locations, with Google Drive you can do it by accessing "Settings" in the navigation bar at the top, and then select the shortcut method of the keyboard. It will allow you to compress through the unit and perform various actions without using the mouse.
