Google lens: use machine vision to instantly recognize images

As we know Google is dedicating a lot of effort to improve the image processing on its Google Pixel smartphones, in this phone we can appreciate the great work that Google did with the camera and with Google Photos. Google makes the Pixel get the best images using the full potential of machine learning in photo processing and quality improvement.

These applications will be able to analyze images through the use of Machine Learning. What Machine Learning does is see the object or landscape that we are aiming at with the camera or what appears in an image and show us information about it. All this is possible thanks to the analysis of the images in real time.

The functions that Google Lens incorporates are not bad at all. Among them we can highlight that it can help us to recognize what type of flower we are seeing either in real time or through an image. Other functions would be to be able to reserve a table in a restaurant or to know reviews about a restaurant just by pointing our camera at a poster.

With advertising and concert posters it will give us various options such as watching YouTube videos of that group, buying albums or songs and even buying a ticket for their next concert.
