With this method, the browser does not use the local browser cache and downloads all the files from the web again to show you. The problem with this is that if there are other files saved either CSS or Javascript from another web page that you visited previously, it is still cached.

Ctrl + R, Ctrl + Shift + R, or Ctrl + F5.

Empty cache and force reload

With this option you empty the cache completely and the browser re-downloads all the updated web information. This option is the most recommended because you get the complete web page without having any data stored.
