Google project ara appears filtered in gfxbench
Table of contents:
Last August it was announced that Google Project Ara had been delayed until 2016 and we have known practically nothing about this Google project. We finally know new details thanks to a leak that has occurred from GFXBench.
What is Google Project Ara? It is a smartphone concept that is characterized by a modular design so that it is possible to update its components as needed without the need to purchase a new terminal with the consequent economic savings.
Google Project Ara specifications
Project Ara has been featured in the GFXBench benchmark as a massive 13.8-inch device powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor alongside 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage and a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. This last data is very scarce for such a screen size and makes us think that it may be an error or a fake, although it may also be because it is a prototype. The rest of the specs include two 0.3-megapixel cameras and the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
