It does so with an important aspect, since it is the first mid-range chip manufactured in 7 nanometers. Again, it is the Chinese brand that takes the lead in this production process.

Huawei officially unveils Kirin 810

It is presented as a chip designed for good gaming performance, in addition to having a significant presence of artificial intelligence in it. It has its own dedicated NPU.

New processor

Kirin 810 arrives with an NPU, which in this case is DaVinci, for artificial intelligence. It will help the execution of many parts of the phone. According to the Chinese brand, it even surpasses chips like Helio P90 or Snapdragon 855. This NPU fulfills various functions, also in gaming. Since it will be able to learn from the games themselves in real time and thus predict changes in the frame rate or reduce loading times.

We find eight nuclei inside. Two Cortex A76 cores running at 2.27GHz and six other Cortex A55 cores running at 1.88GHz. It also uses a Mali G52 MP6 as a GPU in it.

In short, Kirin 810 is presented as the most powerful mid-range chip from Huawei so far. So this range of Huawei Nova 5 can certainly leave very good feelings thanks to the use of this processor. So we will have to see what performance they leave us.
