Id-cooling announces its new dk heatsink

ID-Cooling has announced the launch of the new DK-03 Halo AMD Red CPU cooler, a fairly simple solution that is intended as a replacement for AMD's Wraith coolers.

This I D-Cooling DK-03 Halo AMD Red is especially aimed at users of processors such as the Ryzen 5 1600X, Ryzen 7 1700X and Ryzen 1800X, which are offered without any heatsink included so the user has to purchase one for separated. ID-Cooling DK-03 Halo AMD Red is formed by a piece of aluminum with fins to increase the heat exchange surface, a 120 mm fan is placed on it that is responsible for generating the air flow necessary for cooling the processor. This fan includes red LED lighting and is capable of rotating at speeds of up to 1, 600 RPM, generating up to 58.4 CFM of air with a noise level of just 26.4 dBA.

This is a taller heatsink than Wraith Spire, but narrower to allow for more free space around RAM and VRM areas. It comes with a pre-installed clip-type retention mechanism that allows it to be installed in AMD AM4, AM3 (+) and FM2 (+) sockets. Its dimensions are 130 mm x 130 mm x 63 mm with an approximate weight of 365 grams including the fan.
