The market is full of bluetooth speakers, one of them is the Inateck BP2003, which wants to offer users excellent performance at a very reasonable price compared to the competition. Its two 12W speakers provide a combined 20W power that is supported by a subwoofer system to deliver rich and punchy bass. The design has also not been neglected with a mainly transparent body.

First of all we thank Inateck for the trust placed in ceding the product to us for analysis.

Technical characteristics Inateck BP2003

Unboxing and design

The Inateck BP2003 loudspeaker is committed to a simple presentation to reduce costs, it comes in a small cardboard box in the same color as this material and with a very simple design, with only a blank image of the loudspeaker as well as the brand's logo and some quality certificates. Inatek wanted each euro paid by the user to go to what really matters, the product.

We open the box and see the Inateck BP2003 speaker protected by a plastic bag and two pieces of cork that prevent it from moving during transport. We also found a bag with a USB cable to charge the battery and an audio cable with two 3.5 mm Mini Jack ends. Both cables have a very attractive plastic finish that also protects them from wear.

We are already focusing on the Inateck BP2003, the speaker is made with a very good quality plastic body, much of it is transparent, which provides a quite different look from what we are used to seeing and that feels great, for course allows us to see your two speakers. On the front we see the two speakers next to the power button, this lights up blue once the speaker is on.

On the back of the speaker we find the Micro USB port that we will use to charge the battery, next to it is a 3.5 mm Mini Jack connector and the buttons for adjusting the volume and pausing / resuming playback. At the back right we see the air outlet of the subwoofer system of this speaker, if we put our hand closer we see that air is indeed coming out so it is doing its job correctly.

On the sides we find nothing, while the top has the logo of the brand been silk-screened and on the bottom, in black plastic, there are two legs so that it does not slip on the surface of our desk.

Inateck BP2003 reaches dimensions of 230 x 102.2 x 63 mm and a weight of 695 grams, in it two speakers have been integrated with a power of 12W each, when combined they offer a maximum of 20W, so we hope that the sound of this speaker is pretty loud. The speakers are accompanied by a subwoofer system that takes advantage of the generation of an air flow to offer quite powerful bass, especially compared to other speakers that do not include such a system.

This speaker is powered by a 7.4V / 2000mA battery that promises an autonomy of up to 8 hours of use, logically this is very relative and depends on factors such as the level of playback volume that affects energy consumption.

Inateck BP2003 relies on Bluetooth 4.2 technology for its operation, this is 2.5 times faster than Bluetooth 4.0 with a range of 10 meters, thanks to this we have a much more stable signal transmission and lower energy consumption to older specifications. The speaker can also be used wired thanks to its 3.5 mm Jack port, this ensures maximum compatibility with all types of devices such as iPhone, iPad, iPod, Mac, Smartphones, Tablets, PC and many more.

Synchronization and sound quality

Using the Inateck BP2003 is very simple, we only have to press the power button on the front for several seconds, we will see how it emits a sound and a flashing blue light comes on, indicating that it is in standby mode. After that we just have to turn on the Bluetooth of our device and look for the speaker to link it.

As soon as we start using it we realize that the sound quality is excellent, most of the speakers of this type have a metallic sound typical of small and low-quality speakers, none of this happens in the Inateck BP2003, logically not It reaches the level of speakers of 150-200 euros that we have tested but it certainly does not stay as far as one may think without trying it. The bass is very well done and this is the hardest thing to achieve in a fairly priced product.

The volume level is quite high, we think it will be more than enough for any small party with friends in the field or on the beach, and the distortion remains very low even at full throttle.

Final words and conclusion about Inateck BP2003

After having tried the Inateck BP2003 we can now make a fair assessment of the speaker, the manufacturer has opted for a modern and elegant design that feels great and breaks with the usual aesthetics in this type of product. The sound quality is very well achieved both in the bass and the mid and treble, here there is no trace of the canned sound that we have seen in other cheaper speakers but whose sound quality suffers too much.

The autonomy is also quite good, the manufacturer promises 8 hours and during our tests it has exceeded 7 hours of use, so it is very close and it is even very likely to reach them depending on the volume of the reproduction.

Inateck BP2003 is already on sale at amazon for an approximate price of 65 euros, in addition the manufacturer has provided us with a discount coupon of 15 euros for our readers with what remains at 50 euros. A great price for its quality!
