Recently, Instagram has started to implement a new function specially designed with the aim that users can share posts from their profiles and from public accounts that follow directly to their Stories feed as if it were a sticker.

Instagram stories get rich

Instagram users can now share a post from their feed in a Story. To do this, simply press the button identified with a kind of airplane or delivery arrow that is at the bottom of the publications, next to the comments button, the same one used to send it through a Direct message.

At the top of the new interface, users will find a new option to create a Story. By clicking on this option, the feed publication will become a sticker or sticker with a personalized background that can be shared in a Story. Like other stickers, this "sticker" can be rotated, scaled, and customized.

Each of these publications that are shared in Stories will show the username of the original post, in order to make it clear to whom the image belongs. In addition, when a user touches one of these publications in the Story, he will be taken to the original publication, thus being able to access more content from the person who shared it.

As it could not be otherwise, Instagram only allows sharing the stories of public accounts in Stories, so you will not be able to share content from private accounts that you follow, nor will any of your followers be able to share your publications in the case of that you have configured your account as private. On the other hand, if your account is public but you don't want your posts to be shared in other people's Stories, you can choose not to allow this feature from the settings of the Instagram app.
