Intel comet lake s, new 10 core cpus to launch soon
Table of contents:
Following the success of AMD's Ryzen platform, it has long been rumored that Intel was going to surprise the market by launching a range of processors before the end of the year and it looks like it will be the Comet Lake S generation.
Intel Comet Lake S would be in stores soon
The Comet Lake S's design is essentially another 14nm (++) processor that refreshes its Coffee Lake-based 14nm platform, but with a rev up that allows them to compete more loosely against third-generation Ryzen.
Not only have several processors been registered with the EEC, but rumors already suggest that development kits may already be in the hands of PC studios and platforms. This means that arrival at retail stores would be about to take place.
Although Comet Lake S (largely) is based on the same platform as Intel's eighth and ninth generation models, the 10-core, 20-wire design will make this a more interesting proposition.

It should be noted that there is no firm confirmation or speculation about the release date of the Comet Lake S processors. However, all indications suggest that they will come to light sometime in October.
Very interesting times are coming for Intel, since 2020 will be full of the launch of new processors, for the desktop and for the server market. Will it be enough to deal with AMD? This is a question that will begin to be answered as soon as the new Comet Lake S chips begin to hit the market. We will keep you informed.
