Recently an image with the Intel corporate style and the term "Vega Inside" has been leaked. This image has set the internet on fire with new rumors that it would be licensing AMD's GPU technology, despite recent confirmations to the contrary.

There will be no Intel processor with AMD graphics, at least for now

Rumors claim that Intel works on a laptop CPU with a graphics processor based on AMD's Vega architecture given the use of the term "mobile performance" after the term "Vega Inside. The image in question is from a company employee recognition campaign, which highlights the achievements of company staff by using the standard marketing formula "X Inside, Y Outside".

And what does Vega paint in all this? This is an employee named Vega, who appears to be on the team for the company's laptop processor division. This means that this has nothing to do with AMD's Vega architecture so we should not expect Intel CPUs to include this technology.

Even if Intel finally licensed AMD's technology, they would not market it as such, but instead would use their own brand rather than give their competitor a huge commercial boost. Long rumored to be a possible Intel processor with AMD graphics technology, it all started after Nvidia terminated an agreement with Intel, even the almighty needs to license Nvidia or AMD technologies in order to develop its own GPUs.

Of course we will be on the lookout for any news about the alleged future processor of the semiconductor giant with AMD graphics technology.
