Having a high-end graphics card always pleases us, but we really wanted to try the new KFA2 GeForce GTX 1080 Ti EXOC in its white edition. KFA2 has shown us during this last year that it has great overclocking potential, one of the best PCBs and a design that you will fall in love with at first sight.

How far will its potential go? Will it measure up in our test bench? Take a cool Coca Cola (also worth a Monster) that we begin with the analysis.

We thank KFA2 for trusting the product for their analysis. Here we go!

Game Testing

We have decided to make the leap to checking various games manually. The reason? Very simple, we want to give a much more realistic vision and cover tests with current games. Since we make an effort, it is consistent with the level of the website and that of our readers.

Software and overclock

Note: Remember that overclocking or manipulation carries a risk, we and any manufacturer are not responsible for improper use, use the head and always do so at your own risk.

We recommend that you install the Xtreme Tuner Plus application, since it allows us to apply a slight overclock by default, manual overclock and adjust the voltage. If we had one with RGB LED lighting or the HOF we would have the three additional menu options active. Hopefully we'll test it soon though!

We have increased the overclocking capacity to 1614 MHz in the core, leaving a maximum of 2, 025 GHz and the memories at 1442 MHz. The upload is minimal but it allows us to scratch the odd FPS, especially in high resolutions.

Temperature and consumption

The temperatures of the KFA2 GeForce GTX 1080 Ti EXOC have been quite remarkable. At rest we have obtained 45ºC since the fans are stopped until the GPU load and therefore its temperatures. While playing we do not exceed 77 ºC in any case.

Consumption is for the entire team *

Another of the great advantages of this range is the reduced consumption that we have in the equipment. Until very recently it was unthinkable to have high-end graphics and get 68W at rest and 359W playing with an Intel i9-7900X processor.

Final words and conclusion about KFA2 GeForce GTX 1080 Ti EXOC

The KFA2 GeForce GTX 1080 Ti EXOC is an excellent graphics card and slips into the elite of the Nvidia Pascal. It has one of the best cooling systems, an excellent PCB and an ideal power to play 4K.

In our tests we have seen that its performance in the three main resolutions is outstanding and that we will be able to play everything, all without any kind of problem. Enviable temperatures by the Founders Edition and a very low consumption. You can see the good work that KFA2 has done to offer us the best possible experience.

We really liked that it has the 0DB system, considerably reducing the noise at rest. In addition, its overclocking capacity is at the height of the best. All very intuitive from the KFA2 software itself.

Its store price ranges from 808 euros in Spanish online stores, one of the cheapest GTX 1080 Ti and that have the best price / performance offers. Highly recommended product!
