The laptop gtx 1650 is 40% faster than the gtx 1050

This leak not only confirms the existence of the GTX 1650, but also reveals some performance figures that we should expect from it on laptops.

Coming soon 'gaming' laptops will enjoy a fairly serious update, as well as some improvements in power consumption. Some performance slides of the new GPU have been revealed and we have a lot of information.

1080p and 60 fps in almost all games

The slide pack reveals the fps achieved from some popular titles like GTA5, League of Legends, PUBG, Assassins Creed, and Fortnite and while it doesn't mention the resolution, we assume that the results will all be playing 1080p, which is today's standard.. The GTX 1650 is capable of reaching 60 fps + in almost all of these games and even reaches 90 fps for 4 of the 6 titles shown. With League of Legend you can play at 120 fps.

The laptop that was tested is the MSI GL63, which will have 16 GB of RAM, a NVMe PCI-E SSD card of 512 GB, the Intel Core i7-9750H processor, which we talked about in a previous article, and the mentioned GTX 1650 4GB of VRAM memory. The screen uses a 1920 × 1080 IPS panel.

Specifications are not confirmed at this time, but it is supposed to have 1024 CUDA cores, with an on-paper power of 2.8+ TFLOPs, which would be enough to play most 1080p games with medium and high settings, not bad for a mid-range graphics laptop.

The first laptops with this graph are expected to be available in May.
