The radeon r9 nano could receive the full fiji gpu
During the presentation of the new AMD Radeon Fury graphics cards with the Fiji GPU, Lisa Su surprised us with the announcement of the Radeon R9 Nano, a very small graphics card that hides enormous potential given that it is based on the same Fiji GPU as its two older sisters.
The Radeon R9 Nano will have a 175W TDP so it was expected to include a fairly trimmed version of the AMD Fiji GPU, however this might not be the case and the card would receive the full GPU with all its drives enabled, the only difference is It would do it with lower operating frequencies to reduce its consumption and the heat generated. Recall that the Radeon R9 Nano will include air cooling with a single fan in its reference model.
