Lian Li surprised today with the presentation of his new LANCOOL 205 PC case, a mid-range ATX tower model that has not yet been referenced on the brand's website, but is already available for sale, and for some days.

LANCOOL 205 joins Lian Li's catalog of sober-looking PC cases

Available in black or white, the tower has a totally austere and elegant design, without angled edges or anything like that, it looks like an inert rectangular box, especially for equipment with a lot of lighting where users want to highlight what is inside their equipment, more than the exterior. In this way, it lacks any type of lighting or RGB fans on the front.

Measuring 480 x 205 x 415mm, it is in line with an ATX-compliant mid-tower case and remains classic in technical constraints: 160mm for the processor sink, 185mm for the power supply and no less than 350mm for graphics cards, which have seven PCI mounts on the back.

Behind an especially sober façade, with a few openings to the left and right, there is a chassis that goes to the core with a power supply cover that is an integral part of the chassis and a hard drive bay underneath. Two 2.5 ″ bays are present behind the motherboard tray, and there appears to be enough room to properly organize the cables.

As standard, the box is delivered with a fan at the back and another at the top, although it is not visible to the naked eye.

The price is about 99.99USD.
