Ryzen 2200g and 2400g apu smash intel into graphics performance

At last we have a table with the graphic performance of the next Ryzen APU processors, exactly the Ryzen 3 2200G and Ryzen 5 2400G models based on the Raven Ridge core and that will come with a Radeon GPU.

AMD Releases Official Performance of Ryzen 3 2200G and Ryzen 5 2400G APUs

The graph is official from AMD and in it we can see the performance that both processors offer in different current video games. In the comparison, AMD chose the i3-8100 to compete head-to-head with the 2200G and Intel's i5-8400 with the 2400G. Either way, the two AMD proposals overwhelm Intel's offering at the graphics performance level.

Ryzen 3 2200G

In the first comparison we see the AMD Ryzen 3 2200G getting about 52fps in Battlefield 1, 56fps in Overwatch in low quality, 45fps in Rocket League, 87fps in Skyrim and 74fps in DOOM using Vulkan. In almost all comparisons, the Raven Ridge chip doubles the graphics performance of the Core i3-8100. Although it must be said that it is not clear what quality these results are achieved in, nor the screen resolution, nor to speak with what equipment.

Ryzen 5 2400G

With the Ryzen 5 2400G the difference seems even greater in favor of AMD, this time they clarify that it is 1080p and the Witcher 3 is added to the equation, achieving 31 fps. The i5-8400 barely achieves a third of this performance in The Witcher 3.

New AMD FuzeDrive feature

AMD will also offer a new feature called FuzeDrive for 'virtual' SSD storage on Ryzen CPU systems. We see that the speed in loading different applications is overwhelming.

Although we still do not have an official date for the launch of the APU Ryzen 2000, everything indicates that it would be in the month of March.
