Intel has already anticipated that the memory specifications regulator JEDEC will publish the specifications of DDR5 memory this year. It is very possible that the launch of DDR5 is very similar to that of DDR4, reaching servers and the enthusiastic market first in 2019 and then reaching all users the following year.

Until the specifications are made official, it is difficult to talk about the characteristics that DDR5 memory will have and the advantages over DDR4, but they will surely achieve higher performance and lower consumption, which is common, but can we only expect better specifications?
