As well as presenting its first virtual reality glasses for Windows, Lenovo takes advantage of the CES to present its new line of notebooks specially designed for gamers, Lenovo Legion.

Lenovo approaches its two proposals for the gaming sector

The Chinese company seeks to become strong in the most enthusiastic gaming sector with the presentation of the Legion Y520 and Y720 notebooks.

Legion Y520

This laptop comes with a 15.6-inch IPS screen with Full-HD resolution. Inside it has the power of the Intel Core i7-7700HQ processor 'Kaby Lake' quad-core and 8 threads.

A maximum of 16GB of DDR4 RAM can be added and the storage will vary according to our needs and pocket, hard drives of up to 2TB with 512GB solid state drives.

The graphics card included in this model is the GTX 1050 TI with 4GB GDDR5.

Lenovo Legion Y720

The Y720 model would be the most expensive and the most powerful of both, with a 4K screen (3840 x 2160 pixels) and a dedicated Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GDDR5 graphics. The rest of the characteristics would remain similar to the previous one. The autonomy of the battery will allow about 4 hours of intensive use in both variants.

Lenovo plans to market this 'Legion' line at a price of $ 899 for the Y520 and about $ 1, 399 for the Y720. Both will be available in stores from April.
