We return to talk about Lenovo and its passage through CES 2018, the Chinese company is showing itself as one of the most interested in new computers based on ARM processors and with the Windows 10 operating system. Lenovo Miix 630 is its new convertible that promises a battery that lasts all day and great features.

Lenovo Miix 630, all-day battery

Lenovo Miix 630 is one of the devices that were born as a result of a collaboration between Qualcomm and Microsoft, since it works with the Windows 10 operating system and a Snapdragon 835 processor with incredible energy efficiency. This makes it not the most powerful equipment on the market but one of the best in autonomy, as its 48WHr battery promises to last no less than 20 hours, more than two days of work without going through the electrical network.

Microsoft releases Windows 10 for ARM devices

All this in a device with a size of 293 mm × 210 mm × 15.6 mm and a weight of only 1.33 Kg including its keyboard cover. Something really very compact that has only been possible thanks to the use of an ARM-based processor, since its low power consumption means that it hardly needs cooling.

Accompanying the processor we find 8 GB of RAM and 64-256 GB of UFS 2.0 storage, all at the service of a 12.3-inch screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and IPS technology. Its specs follow with WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.1, a Snapdragon X16 modem, and a USB Type-C port alongside a 3.5mm audio port.

Lenovo Miix 630 is fully compatible with Windows 10 Home, allowing you to run all the applications that until now could only be used under x86 processors. With an approximate price of 800 euros, it promises to be a success among students.
