Predator X27 takes video games to a new level with NVIDIA G-SYNC HDR with 4K resolution and a high refresh rate of 144 Hz. For its part, Acer Predator Z271UV has a curved 1800R screen and eye tracking technology that facilitates a game intuitive.
Acer's new Predator monitors with Quantum Dot technology ensure spectacular gaming experiences
Both monitors take advantage of Quantum Dot technology and offer a wider color gamut with higher brightness, deeper saturation and higher precision to deliver sharper visual images. Predator X27 supports 99% of the Adobe RGB color space, and Predator Z271UV covers 130% of the color space. Thanks to a Quantum Dot sheet coated with various types of nano dots that emit very specific colored lights, these new monitors can produce a wider color gamut compared to standard monitors, increasing color purity and efficiency.
"We love being able to expand our line of premium gaming monitors with two new quantum dot models that deliver more realistic gameplay than ever, " says Victor Chien, president of the Digital Display business at Acer Inc. "Predator X27's 4K resolution at 144 Hz and Acer HDR Ultra technology creates stunning visuals that must be seen to be believed. The new Acer Predator Z271UV will also thrill gaming enthusiasts with its rich color gamut and immersive curved display. ”
Predator X27: A monitor that removes hiccups
Acer's Predator X27 delivers surprisingly vibrant images with no motion blur thanks to high 4K resolution (3840 × 2160), 144Hz refresh rate, super-fast 4ms response time, and 1, 000-nit brightness. Powered by Acer HDR Ultra technology, this monitor offers the best possible high dynamic range contrast quality with advanced LED local dimming in 384 individually controlled zones that shine only when and where required. It not only offers a broader and more saturated color gamut, but a luminance range several times greater than that of traditional dynamic range monitors. By darkening the backlight behind areas of the screen that display black, blacks appear deeper and darker in those parts, a significant advantage for people who like video games with darker scenes. With a chiseled diamond cut and metal stand, it makes for a very robust monitor, providing stability and ergonomics with an adjustable tilt, swivel and height.
Acer Predator Z271UV: Immersive vision that will take your breath away
Acer Predator Z271UV provides WQHD (2560 × 1440) resolution on a curved 1800R screen by placing each corner of the monitor at the same distance from the player's eyes - this creates a more immersive gaming experience, with a wider field of view and greater perceived peripheral vision area. This monitor features a ZeroFrame design across its entire surface, perfect for a multi-monitor setup, and offers a spectacular color gamut that covers 125% of the sRGB color space. It is extremely fast with a response time of up to 1 ms that almost eliminates motion blur and supports overclocking up to 165 Hz. Specially designed to be an ergonomic device, the monitor can tilt - 5 to 25 degrees and rotate +/- 30 degrees - while the height can be adjusted up to 4.7 inches. Connectivity includes DisplayPort, HDMI, audio out, and USB 3.0 x 4 (1 up 3 down). Two 7-watt speakers deliver high-quality audio with Acer TrueHarmony ™ technology for dynamic entertainment effects.
Smooth performance, intuitive eye tracking
In addition to Quantum Dot technology, both monitors feature NVIDIA G-SYNC to deliver smooth performance, while NVIDIA ULMB provides sharp, authentic images. They incorporate Tobii eye-tracking technology that is intended to complement the traditional keyboard and mouse, as the camera automatically rotates when the player focuses on the sides of the screen. Adding this eye-tracking technology to the mouse and keyboard or gamepad controls results in a much richer and more immersive gaming experience, as players are able to imitate actions that occur in real life, such as dodging to cover up or target a target. To date, there are 100 games ready for eye tracking technology. The library, continually updated, can be viewed at www.tobii.com/apps.

For added comfort, Acer VisionCare with Flickerless, BluelightShield, ComfyView and low-darkening technologies help reduce eye fatigue during long periods of play.
Additionally, Predator GameView enables players to make fine color adjustments, set points to improve aiming precision, and adjust dark pulse levels to more clearly detect enemies. Custom settings can be saved to three different profiles, including action, racing and sports, to change depending on the scenario at any time during the game.
