Samsung will show quantum dot monitors at ces 2017

Samsung does not want to give up its leadership in the world of PC monitors and has announced that it will bring a total of three new series of monitors with quantum dot screen to the next CES 2017. These monitors will have dimensions between 24 inches and 31.5 inches.

The new Samsung CH711 series quantum dot monitors are built with a panel with 1800R curvature and a high resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels to deliver sensational image quality. All of them include panels capable of reproducing 125% of the colors of the sRGB spectrum, it will be necessary to see if the latter does not imply inaccuracies in the reproduction of colors.

Secondly we have the CFG70 series with 24-inch and 27-inch models that are aimed at the most gamers, these monitors include some additional features to adjust the image to the main genres of video games such as FPS or MMORPG. Finally we have the CF791 series that sees its curvature reduced to 1500R and will include a function to reproduce a window of a second monitor, this window can be placed where the user wishes.
Finally Samsung has mentioned that it will also show other quantum dot monitors such as the UH750 series with 4K UHD resolution and a response time of 1 ms and the SH850 series with 23.8-inch and 27-inch panels with WQHD resolution (2560 x 1440), all quantum dot.
