Mediatek helio x30 shows its potential in antutu

If there was any doubt that MediaTek is preparing its assault on higher-end smartphones, it is going to be completely cleared with the MediaTek Helio X30 that the Chinese firm is preparing and that has shown its enormous potential in the popular AnTuTu.

MediaTek Helio X30 outperforms all current processors

The MediaTek Helio X30 will arrive manufactured in 10nm, which allows it to have a high level of energy efficiency and therefore offer very high power. This new processor for smartphones and tablets has faced AnTutu and has shown a score of 160, 000 points, a very high figure that surpasses the powerful Snapdragon 820 by some 30, 000 points.

The MediaTek Helio X30 maintains the same ten-core configuration found in the Helio X20 and Helio X25. These 10 cores are divided into three clusters, a first high-performance cluster consisting of two Artemis cores at a frequency of 2.8 GHz, a Cortex A53 quad-core cluster at 2.2 GHz and a third Cortex A35 quad-core cluster at 2 GHz. This achieves greater efficiency with the use of energy by using only the cores of interest according to the workload.

The Artemis cores are the most powerful and arrive to succeed the Cortex A72, their objective is to complicate the lives of the Kryo of Qualcomm and the Mongoose of Samsung that have shown themselves as the kings of performance, with the permission of Apple and their Twister. On the other hand, we have the Cortex A35 characterized by extremely high energy efficiency and 40% higher performance than the Cortex A7. The set is garnished with a powerful quad-core PowerVR 7XT GPU.
