Both companies join forces to launch ultrabook notebooks with Windows 10 that use Snapdragon 835. And also, they already have several manufacturers that are going to produce them. HP, Asus and Lenovo are already interested in its development. What do we know about these ultrabook laptops?

This is the reinvention of ultrabooks. They are expected to be cheaper and also have quite interesting features. We know that they will come with 4G LTE connectivity and also a 50% greater autonomy than the current laptops. They are also expected to be quieter. With this development Microsoft wants to stand up to Apple's MacBook. These new ultrabooks are expected to cost between 400 and 700 euros.

Why use Snapdragon 835? The plate is 35% smaller. Thus, it makes it possible to create a more compact notebook and leaves room for a much larger battery. And also, these chips are much more efficient, which translates into an increase of up to 50% in autonomy. The connectivity aspect is also of great importance. Since in addition to having 4G LTE, they are also prepared for 5G.

This is undoubtedly a great bet for the ultrabook notebook market. Both companies can create a very interesting product. And already having manufacturers who want to start manufacturing them, it shows that there is potential. We do not know when the first ones will be commercialized, surely next year.
