Table of contents:
MSI has announced its introduction to the market of high performance processor coolers, its first model is the Core Frozr L which has been designed with special care not to disturb slots for the RAM memory modules on the motherboard.
MSI Core Frozr L features
The new MSI Core Frozr L air cooler has a height of 155mm so it will be compatible with a large number of chassis. It is based on a traditional tower-type design with a total of four nickel-plated copper heatpipes with a thickness of 8 mm, these are responsible for absorbing all the heat generated by the CPU and distributing it over the aluminum radiator surface to maximize dissipation. It includes a 120mm fan with the ability to rotate at a speed between 500 and 1800 RPM generating noise between 7.2 and 33.6 dBA. It allows the installation of a second fan and its maximum dissipation capacity is 200W.
Its design follows the usual aesthetics of the brand's gaming products with the logo on the top on a plate that will be sold in black and white colors for a certain personalization. The MSI Core Frozr L is compatible with all current Intel and AMD sockets including of course the AM4 for Summit Ridge processors. Pricing has not been announced.
